  How do you guys manage to stay in business when your main goal seems to be inconveniencing the customer as much as possible? It's the friday before new years and you guys choose to close at noon, for what reason? Not to mention you put my card on hold for 6 months because of your "policy". So now i have no access to MY MONEY, which means i will be late on my rent and my bills so here's a big SCREW YOU AND YOUR PATHETIC POLICY!!!! next time i come in there will be my very last time!!! If the policy is a burden on the customers it's time to change the policy.
